Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Patents Online's Bid for Links Directory (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

  • Link details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Patents Online's Bid for Links Directory
  • Links are listed permanently in our directory ( only as long as the service is provided ) but position is determined by bids
  • Links can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
  • Links to illegal or adult-related Web sites are strictly forbidden
  • Links must be related to Intellectual Property services or related information ( Patents Online's Bid for Links Directory reserves its exclusive right to make an assessment if the links satisfy or not the requirements for their acceptance as "related IP links" ) BUT NOT contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
  • Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Patents Online's Bid for Links Directory

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Bids are non-refundable in any given circumstances (thus, shall you have any doubts, before placing your bid/payment , with regard to your links approval to be listed in Patents Online's Bid for Links Directory, please contact us with details of your links)
  • You can remove a bid or link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your link can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
